INTIZE IS LOOKING FOR RECRUITMENT MANAGERS

Intize is looking for two individuals to be responsible for the recruitment of mentees and mentors for our non-profit mentoring program. Currently, we primarily have three types of mentorship: senior mentorship between university students and high school students, junior mentorship between high school and middle school students, and SBB mentorship for particularly gifted children in elementary school. All activities take place in Gothenburg. At Intize, you will have the opportunity to work in a small, creative, and dedicated team. You have great opportunities to influence the organization and your own work. In addition to your main tasks, you will collaborate with the rest of the operational team in other operational activities. Your main responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and evaluate the recruitment process.
• Recruit mentors at the university by promoting Intize, for example by pitching to students in lecture halls/classrooms, organizing lunch lectures, posting flyers, and informing in section rooms or other suitable places on campus.
• Recruit mentors and mentees at high schools by visiting schools in Gothenburg and pitching to students in classrooms as well as posting flyers and informing in entrances.
• Recruit mentees in elementary schools by visiting schools in Gothenburg and pitching to students in classrooms.
• Organize and carry out events.

We require that you:

• Are outgoing, driven, and enjoy speaking in front of people and making new contacts.
• Have initiative and can work independently, are responsible, and can plan your own time.
• Have good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

It is a merit if you:

• Have been involved with Intize before.
• Are positive about combining the position with studies, preferably at Chalmers or the University of Gothenburg.
• Are good at organizing, coordinating, and leading.
• Have an interest in mathematics and education.
• Have experience in association engagement and support Intize's mission.

Timeline: The position is a part-time employment that extends flexibly from August 1, 2025, to October 31, 2025, with the possibility of extension. The ambition is to appoint two individuals who will share the recruitment responsibilities. The total expected hours for the positions are approximately 200 hours. Upon hiring, you are expected to participate in a handover with your predecessor, which is expected to take about a week's work at the end of May. Some evening and weekend work may occur in the position. Placement at Intize's office at Hugo Grauers gata 3B. Intize is affiliated with a collective agreement through Fremia.
